Executive MBA Program Overview
Executive MBA program is designed to further students’ knowledge of key leadership elements, including problem-solving, effective communication, motivation of employees, and negotiation. Through NEC’s Executive MBA program, students propel their careers by developing advanced strategic leadership techniques, sound business practices, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics in management for emerging global professionals. Curricular Practical Training (CPT) will be available for required internships/work placement for international students enrolled in these programs who qualify.

Attendance Policy
In-person attendance on campus in New Hampshire is mandatory for the weekend residency sessions. These sessions are an exciting and valuable component of the curriculum and provide extensive networking opportunities.
Pre-Requisites
- You have completed a master’s degree in the U.S. (must be accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education) or have three years of relevant U.S. work experience.
- You will be eligible for an internship/job in the U.S.

Additional Information
A virtual orientation session to cover immigration issues, academics, login processes, and billing and payments and to provide an opportunity to meet the faculty and staff of will take place a week before the term starts. Admitted students will receive the link to access the orientation session.
An internship for one credit is a required component of this program, regardless of your citizenship status or visa status. Internship is an integral part of the executive program.
Students must take at least seven credits per semester to be considered full time.
