Veterans Day: A Community Message

Dear New England College Community,

Today, on Veterans Day, we take a moment to reflect on the service and sacrifice of the brave individuals who have worn our nation’s uniform. We honor our veterans for their commitment and acknowledge the sacrifices made by their families, who supported them every step of the way.

New England College shares a unique bond with veterans. Our College was founded in 1946 to support veterans returning from World War II. This origin is a vital part of who we are, and it reminds us of the enduring values of service and resilience that shape our community.

Today, as you look around campus, you may notice veterans among our students, faculty, and staff. Their presence enriches our classrooms, offices, and activities. We are privileged to count them as members of our ±ÆÁ¨±ÆÁ¨family, as well as trusted friends and supporters of our College. Their contributions reflect a profound commitment to both the ±ÆÁ¨±ÆÁ¨community and our country.

To all veterans, we honor your service, we reflect on your sacrifices, and we thank you. I encourage everyone to take a moment today to express gratitude to a veteran—a small gesture that can mean so much.

Warmest regards,

Dr. Wayne F. Lesperance Jr.
President
New England College
